Samantha O'Day was born and raised in Paris, France. She began her Ballet and Tap studies at the early age of 5 at the "Conservatory of Dance of Montlhéry" using the Vaganova Method. Throughout her Dance education, she obtained many Certifications as well as earning French State Competitions judged by the renowned "Paris Opéra Ballet". In 1999, she moved to the United States to pursue her BBA, which she obtained in 2001. She also attended the "Vladimir Issaev's School of Classical Ballet" in Miami, Florida until she moved to Philadelphia in 2007. Her repertoire includes: "Paquita" Minkus, "Swan Lake" Tchaikovsky, "The Ritual Dance of Fire" DeFalla, "Bolero" Ravel and many more. Samantha also teaches and choreographs at the YMCA of Ambler. She looks forward to continuing her career as a choreographer, and educator for years to come and share her love of dance to future generations.
